Peraton Corporation Program Planning Analyst in Springfield, Virginia
Peraton is seeking a Program Planning Analyst for a classified program to plan, execute, and close enterprise wired and wireless network communications projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. Creates clear and attainable project objectives, builds project requirements, and manages constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. Develops overall project plan and manages project execution. Manages project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts. Ensures team members know and execute their respective roles and roles of other team members. Ensures production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively. Coordinates resolution of production-related problems. Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate delivery of transport services.
Assumes the responsibility for the scheduling of enterprise network communications projects. May be involved in one project or many projects at a time.
Responsibilities include a wide range of duties involving initial job planning, scheduling of time, scheduling of materials, coordination of subcontractors, monitoring of job progress, analysis of changes, and problem solving.
Establishes and defines requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum project plans.
Coordinates interdepartmental development of project plans. Interfaces with vendors and customers and performs extensive investigations as required.
Produces Initial Schedule and updates the schedule throughout the project.
Uses the schedule to analyze the impact of change orders, delays, and any other schedule disruptions.
Monitors performance reports against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; arranges modifications as required.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in network communications projects
Must possess active TS/SCI security clearance; may be subject to a poly at a later date
MS Project experience
- Qualfied candidates MUST have an active TS/SCI clearance and have the ability to maintain the clearance.
